About the event

Allow your breath to rise and fall like the waves—each inhale a gentle swell, each exhale returning to the vastness of the ocean.

Feeling a bit anxious about attending your first group meditation? Perfect! We'll have some anxiety to work with. No experience is needed—just your willingness to explore new ways of finding ease. In this meeting, we’ll be using the most effective strategies for anxiety management from psychology research, and based on effortless mindfulness and nondual practices. You’ll leave with tools you can easily incorporate into your daily life, helping you cope with stress and anxiety long after our time together.

This meditation session is for educational purposes only and is not considered psychotherapy or any form of professional mental health treatment. Participation does not establish a therapeutic relationship. If you are in need of mental health support, please contact Dr. Goldyne to discuss the possibility of individual treatment,…

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
